The Job:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Administrator to support their busy office and this role will be a varied opportunity based in Pill / Ham Green / BS20.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering most incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries.
  • Monitor Support email and help with client queries-notify relevant people of problems you cannot solve
  • Diary Management
  • Record and remind colleagues of appointments, birthdays and anniversaries
  • Coordinate Outlook and CRM system appointments
  • Morning alarm report
  • Check report, contact clients about any problems, police response etc, record on client record
  • Calls to clients for unconfirmed engineer appointments. Chasing clients for purchase orders
  • Chasing designers supply documentation required for installations and also create basic plans
  • Scanning and saving records
  • Review and update engineer specifications and plans for any changes on CRM system
  • System records that may be in PDF mode
  • Convert to excel spreadsheet to allow import to CRM
  • Follow up on hire equipment orders
  • Ordering Workwear, PPE and stationery
  • Create certificates
  • Online meetings
  • Fire alarm test

The Person

For this role our client is seeking someone who has experience in administration and as well as this they are looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Good working Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-presented and professional at all times in dealings with colleagues, management and Clients

The Salary:

£25-27,000
