Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting opportunity you don’t want to miss! We are seeking a highly skilled BIM coordinator to join an international, multidisciplinary Consultancy, on a hybrid basis in London.

Our client is an industry leader, specialising on a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards.

-Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards.

-Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy.

Key Requirements:

-Degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as Building Services, Architecture, or Engineering

-Prior experience in a BIM coordination role within the built environment.

-Strong ability in using Revit.

-Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650.

-Familiarity with Common Data Environments (e.g. BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
