Our client is looking to expand their Bristol office with the appointment of a Clinical Negligence Associate (1-5 PQE); this is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning team who are highly regarded for their work.Your new roleYou will manage a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated complex and high-value matters; the team are highly regarded for their work acting on behalf of NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defence of clinical negligence cases.You will also have a focus on developing relationships with NHSR, Insurer and Trust and Insured client along with business development projects, as well as support the Partners and Senior Associates with business development and projects. What you'll need to succeedYou will have an eye for detail and a desire to progress your legal career within clinical negligence. You will have experience of managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters.
