Your new firmThis long-standing client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive NQ-2PQE to join their Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. You will consistently deliver a high standard of legal advice to clients in a commercially astute manner and always deliver outstanding client service. You will also be required to assist with the marketing of the department's services and undertake business development activities to build on the firm and team's reputation for excellence. Your new roleYou will be:
- Assisting on birth injury matters and the quantum elements of them.
- Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations.
- Works closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills.
- Build effective working relationships in the team.
- Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently on your own and others' files and matters.
- Work toward personal and team KPIs, measuring performance against these.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive at the NQ - 2 PQE experience level. If you join as an NQ, you will have completed a seat in clinical negligence during your training contract. You will have previous experience of high value birth injury, other high-value clinical negligence or high-value personal injury matters and will be a strong team player with a collaborative attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.What you'll get in returnThis progressive Top 100 law firm is known for being a people-focused firm with a dynamic and inclusive culture.
