Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Bristol 

One of the UK's leading defendant law firms is looking to strengthen its Bristol clinical negligence department with the hire of an ambitious, passionate and newly qualified clinical negligence solicitor.

You will be....

  • Newly qualified Solicitor
  • Experience of clinical negligence, personal injury or EL/PL litigation (defendant or claimant) 
  • Previous experience working on behalf of an NHS Resolution or MDO panel firm (desirable)

The role will involve handling a fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work, acting for a variety of clients, which may include NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.
