• Job Title: EFM Trainer (Admin & Clerical) – Band 4• Location: Southmead Hospital, Bristol• Duration: Up to 3 months• Schedule: 57 hours per week, 08:00 – 18:00 (Days)• Start Date: 28th April 2025• Rate of Pay:

  • Day: ÂŁ16.15/hr

  • Night/Saturday: ÂŁ21.68/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our Facilities Training Department as an EFM Trainer, where you’ll design and deliver practical and classroom-based training to develop the EFM workforce. In this role, you will:

• Deliver training on cleaning, food safety, NHS mandatory training, and EFM inductions• Observe staff post-training to ensure competency and compliance• Support the EFM Training & Development Manager in a wide range of duties• Create training materials including lesson plans and handouts• Work across a variety of settings to facilitate skill development

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proficient IT skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities• Experience in delivering training and facilitating learning• Effective organisation and problem-solving skills• Ability to adapt and manage challenges or delays professionally• Research and presentation skills• A supportive, empathetic approach when communicating

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This full-time role involves daytime hours, with flexibility for longer shifts. The contract is for up to 3 months, with potential for extension based on service needs.
