- Working as part of a small, really friendly HR team, you will support with the HR administration and coordination for the group.
- You will assist with employee lifecycles, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.
- General HR administration, such as processing personnel files, GDPR, and right-to-work documents.
- Monitor and review employee absences.
- Provide support and advice on all people-related matters, including performance, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Coordinate training and support for all apprentices.
