We're looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of tailored software solutions to new and existing clients. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical and data analysis skills, with excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on project experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure software to meet client needs
  • Assist with data migration and cleansing
  • Provide project and client support throughout implementation
  • Contribute to documentation and user training materials
  • Work closely with developers and project managers using Agile methodology
Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
  • Understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience
  • Proactive team player with strong communication skills
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Agile, software testing, Azure, or ISO standards
  • ISEB/ISTQB certification (beneficial but not required)
