We're looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of tailored software solutions to new and existing clients. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical and data analysis skills, with excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on project experience.Key Responsibilities:

Configure software to meet client needs
Assist with data migration and cleansing
Provide project and client support throughout implementation
Contribute to documentation and user training materials
Work closely with developers and project managers using Agile methodology

Requirements:

Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
Understanding of SQL and relational databases
Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience
Proactive team player with strong communication skills

Desirable:

Knowledge of Agile, software testing, Azure, or ISO standards
ISEB/ISTQB certification (beneficial but not required)
