- Work closely with the sales team to process customer vehicle orders and manage all related admin tasks.
- Handle vehicle orders, taxation, and collaborate with Retail Managers on finance paperwork and order tracking.
- Effectively prioritise tasks and deadlines.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to exact customer specifications.
- Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is essential and full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with documents.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Experience in the motor trade, automotive industry, or a dealership is essential.
