Are you an experienced administrator who is organised, can stay calm under pressure, and is ready to support a high-performing sales team? We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and expanding tech company based in North Bristol.

The Company

This is a fast-paced, innovative tech business that has seen rapid growth since its inception. With a team of around 75 people and exciting new contracts secured, they’re now looking to grow their Sales Support function. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative team and play a key role in supporting both clients and internal departments.

The Role

You will work closely with the sales team (and across the wider business) to support their day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing quotes for new and existing customers
  • Validating and processing sales orders
  • Supporting bid and tender administration
  • Maintaining up-to-date sales documentation and collateral
  • Managing client correspondence and inbound sales enquiries
  • Scheduling meetings, organising travel, and coordinating internal/external events
  • Monitoring sales processes and assisting with reporting and forecasting
  • Administering sales systems including HubSpot and NetSuite
  • Supporting senior leadership and other teams including Marketing, Business Development and Finance

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to multitask. You will also need:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales support or administrative role
  • Strong IT skills - advanced Excel is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience in the tech industry is a bonus but not essential
