Senior 3rd Line Engineer - What You'll Do

  • Provide 3rd line/ 4th line support and resolve complex technical issues
  • Manage escalated tickets
  • Conduct audits, health checks, and contribute to service development
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager and technical consultants

Senior Infrastructure Engineer - What You'll Need

  • Previous experience working for a MSP
  • 3+ years in 3rd line support or 1+ year in a senior role
  • Very strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites and participate in a monthly on-call rota
