About the Role:As a Trusts & Fiduciary Executive, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance and efficient administration. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Administering trust portfolios and estates, handling tax compliance, and preparing trust accounts using specialized software.
  • Collaborating with trustees, professional advisors, and HMRC to ensure accurate filings and reporting.
  • Supporting the growth of the trust and tax function within the firm, while fostering client relationships.
What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in personal tax and trust administration, including the preparation of trust accounts and tax returns.
  • Technical Skills: A solid understanding of Inheritance Tax, trust accounting practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Qualifications: STEP, ATT, ACCA, or similar qualification is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent client-facing skills and experience liaising with HMRC and third parties.
