WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
路Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
路Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and ensure all documentation is complete.
路Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warranty issues.
路Assist in the resolution of warranty disputes and provide support to customers throughout the claims process.
路Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping.
路Generate reports related to warranty claims and performance metrics as needed.
路Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warranties.

SKILLS
路Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
路Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
路Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
