Platform Recruitment has partnered with a well-established technical consultancy that supports high-level defence and government programmes. They’re looking for a Principal-level consultant to take ownership of modelling and decision support projects across Defence and Space.
As a Principal Consultant, you will take a lead role in delivering and developing their Operational Analysis capability.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing evidence to support procurement decisions and investment cases.
- Coaching and mentoring team members.
- Supporting business development activities, including proposal writing and client engagement.
- Contributing to the vision and strategic development of the Operational Analysis team.
Key skills:
- A background in modelling, simulation, or evidence-based analysis.
- Experience delivering consultancy or client-facing projects in defence, space or public sector.
- The ability to write business cases and analysis documentation.
- Knowledge of UK defence and government decision-making processes.
- Confidence managing stakeholders and leading technical teams.
The salary will be negotiable depending on previous experience with great company benefits.
