Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their design skills in a fast-paced, B2C-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging content across a variety of digital platforms, with a focus on email campaigns and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging digital creative assets for marketing campaigns, especially for email and social media channels.
- Create content tailored for all key social platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand creative solutions.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work.
- Edit and repurpose existing assets as needed for different formats and channels.
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Strong experience using Canva to create high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- A strong eye for visual composition, colour, typography, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of key social platforms and email marketing design best practices.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign).
- Prior experience working in a B2C marketing or agency environment.
