Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting Packing Staff for a cutting-edge vertical farm based in Easton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, sustainable company at the forefront of modern agriculture.

Location: Easton
Department: Packing
Hours: Initially 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Future Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Temperature: 8°C
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm Opportunities
Experience: Preferred

Key Duties:

• Packing fresh produce to high standards

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Labelling and preparing items for dispatch

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a chilled (8°C) environment

• Following health and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred

• Comfortable working in a cold environment (protective clothing provided)

• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail

• Able to work well in a team

• Willing to transition to a 4 on / 4 off shift (06:00 – 18:00) in the near future
