The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, often requiring travel between sites. What you'll need to succeedYou'll need proven experience in general building maintenance or handyperson work, with practical skills across multiple trades. A strong customer service approach, good problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently are essential. A full UK driving licence is required due to the mobile nature of the role.
