We are excited to be working with a well-established, privately owned care provider based in Bristol who is seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager for their 3-bed Children’s EBD Home. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Deputy Manager who is looking to step up into a Registered Manager role in the near future, as the company is on track to open their second home shortly.
This role offers the perfect platform for career progression with a fast-track development program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and receive the support, mentoring, and training required to progress into a Registered Manager position within 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Act as a role model, promoting a culture of positivity, growth, and safety within the home.
- Take on a more senior role as you work towards becoming the Registered Manager in the near future.
