Assistant Headteacher (Interim)
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full-time, Immediate Start - Until Easter 2026
Day Rate: Competitive
Panoramic Associates is working in partnership with a Bristol based primary school seeking an experienced senior leader to join our team on an interim basis until Easter. We are looking for someone who can step in immediately and make an impact.
The Role
This is a pivotal position within the Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with the Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher, you will:
- Drive teaching and learning standards across the school
- Support staff with the implementation and fidelity of our newly introduced curriculum
- Monitor, evaluate and maintain high expectations across all subjects
- Lead on CPD and ensure effective professional development for staff
- Line manage colleagues and provide cover teaching where required (including Year 6 booster support depending on experience)
Formal qualifications are not essential, we are more interested in proven leadership experience, resilience, and the ability to deliver immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
This is a priority appointment and we are moving quickly. Interviews will take place immediately upon shortlisting, with the aim to appoint as soon as possible.
