Occupational Health Advisor- Remote/Bristol

Package Details:42,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company benefits

Contracted Hours:Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Location:Bristol- Predominately home based but some travel around Bristol required

Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.

The Role:
You will undertake a range of services which include the following:

  • Complex Case Management.
  • Sickness Absence Management.
  • Health Surveillance. (Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Tests, Skin Inspections & HAVS)
  • Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments & Questionnaires.
  • Immunisation, Vaccination & Phlebotomy Programmes.
  • Health Promotion & Wellbeing Advice.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
  • Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Advisor ideally with 6 months + experience in OH
  • A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
  • A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
  • A valid Full UK driving licence
