Do you have experience of Health & Safety with Major Build and Technology projects?Are you a strong personality who can work across all departments?Do you want to work for a major multi-functional international business?Then this role and company are for you!As a member of the Health and Safety team, the HSE Manager will partner with the Project Director and Project Manager alongside subject matter experts and workforce to provide strategic support and implementation of the company Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) programs with a major £14m new build high technology project (hydrogen battery) which covers 40,000sq feet.You will be a dynamic person who has the personality to liaise between all functions and personnel across the project including the principal contractor, assessing and facilitating what each department needs to safety complete the project.This is a hybrid role where you will be involved with the build and commissioning phases but managing your own time to complete policies and deliver key milestones when required.This is going to be a modern automated facility so previous experience in a similar setting is essential.

  • Coach and mentor all levels
  • Policy and legislation completion and updates

  • High Hazard (HAZOP/HAZID)
  • DSEAR
  • FIRE
  • CDM (not essential but likely will have it if suitable)
