We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join a well-established nursing home in Bristol that supports residents living with dementia and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care to residents

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes

• Support residents with dementia and physical disabilities

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other care professionals

• Maintain accurate care records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care or nursing home setting

• Understanding of dementia and physical disability care needs

• Right to work in the UK

• Reliable, empathetic, and able to work as part of a team
