We are recruiting for an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee a multi-site operation based in Bristol.
Managing a group of cafes and catering kiosks, this is a busy and demanding role.
As the General Manager, you will be
* fully responsible for the operation of the cafes and kiosks
* driving commercial growth through forward planning and strong marketing skills
* managing a large team across all sites
* hands on - able to jump in and help out when needed
Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week.
Due to locations, all applicants must be able to drive/have own car.
What we are looking for:
* A strong and driven General Catering Manager with a proven work history
* Experience in contract catering and multi-outlet operations
* Strong operational experience with the ability to be hands on
* Commercially minded
* Good management capabilities - able to lead and manage a team of varying sizes
* Passion for catering and hospitality with a strong customer focus
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
