Think laid back luxury, Michelin star quality food at an affordable price, super cool eco cabins with all the mod cons you now expect, plus so many different entertainment activities from Paddle to Picket ball to a brand new 12 hole golf course the opposite vibe to a Golf Club believe me! , With its ethos being all about a relaxed atmosphere with great food and drink while you try your hand at sport or not. I cannot stress enough my client is looking for someone with the right attitude and energy over experience - so a really rare opportunity. They will give you your first step into becoming a manager, all they need from you is the right level of energy and natural brilliantness around people -making each guest whether it be a footballer or a young family or a grandmother just super relaxed as though they are all that matter to you.
My client does not do things by halves no expense spared this is so clever quirky and fun as a concept mixing drinking and eating with practising golf swings with music and a fun atmosphere! This is the opposite of corporate or a chain this really is unique and will soon makes waves as the place to go in the West Country for wonderful food, drink and atmosphere.This is a hugely exciting time to be joining this new opening and I am a looking for a brilliant upbeat energic character to join this already hugely successful Entrepreneur as General Manager. We need someone who really does just love being a people pleaser and has a personality that is instantly warm and friendly and makes guests feel so welcome.

I cannot stress enough that the Partners who own this new venture are so supportive and you will be well looked after. In return we need someone who has the gravitas and leadership skills to inspire and drive a fun and upbeat young team, creating a fun but driven environment!
You need to know what good looks like in terms of food and drink and be confident and engaging. All ingredients for the menu are sourced locally they even grow their own horseradish! Plus the venue boasts a state of the art wood fired pizza oven alongside their signature seasonal dishes as well as an impressive wine and Champagne list
