Daytime Healthcare are assisting a luxury Cosmetics Hospital to source a Practice Manager / Personal Assistant to join them.

This position would be directly working with a leading surgeon and you would require healthcare experience, ideally within a clinic or private hospital setting. There is excellent monthly bonuses / commission for this position!

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments: Book appointments for the surgeon, including consulting rooms and meetings, theatre space.
  • Feedback: obtain frequent feedback from patients and provide this in report format to the surgeon, addressing any negative feedback immediately and liaising with the surgeon for positive solution
  • Insurance: obtain annual quotes to ensure surgeon remains insured safely
  • Registration: ensuring the surgeons professional registration with the GMC and other affiliated bodies is maintained and their file is continuously ready for appraisal and revalidation
  • Training: ensuring the surgeons’ mandatory training is continually in date
  • Manage the surgeon's diary: Ensure the surgeon's schedule runs smoothly
  • Handle correspondence: Respond to emails and post, and may act as the first point of contact for patients and staff as a barrier to the surgeon
  • Manage travel: Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations for the surgeon
