They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team and help enhance the teaching and learning experience across Key Stages 3 and 4.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting both teachers and students in the classroom.
You’ll work closely with the teaching team to help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help students build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum

• Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and understanding

• Support learners with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning

• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed

• Assist with classroom organisation, preparation, and resources

• Have previous experience supporting young people in a school or similar setting

• Be patient, approachable, and motivated by helping others achieve

• Show genuine enthusiasm for education and student development

• Be confident supporting students who may need extra guidance

• Work well collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
