They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team and help enhance the teaching and learning experience across Key Stages 3 and 4.
About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting both teachers and students in the classroom.
You’ll work closely with the teaching team to help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help students build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is caring, adaptable, and eager to make a positive difference in young people’s education.
Key Responsibilities-
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum

Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and understanding

Support learners with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning

Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed

Assist with classroom organisation, preparation, and resources

Have previous experience supporting young people in a school or similar setting

Be patient, approachable, and motivated by helping others achieve

Show genuine enthusiasm for education and student development

Be confident supporting students who may need extra guidance

Work well collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
