Resourcing Group are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative with a Driving Licence to work for an estbablished property services business maintaining outdoor public spaces in the local area of Bristol.
You will be working in a pair to complete duties like general strimming, grass mowing, hedge cutting, leaf blowing, general cleaning and maintenance tasks so you will require 1.5+ years experience in a similar position. Your working time will be from 8am till 4pm with an hour accounted break, Monday to Friday with no overtime or on-call required or expected.
You will not be required to travel for longer than an hour and will require a basic DBS and no more than 6 points on your licence due to the nature of their contractual obligations.
This role isn't seasonal dependant and can offer long term career security for the correct applicants experience.
Core details:
- Full UK driving license required (Manual) and max 6 points
- Main duties include mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, litter picking etc
- Company van, fuel card, tools and uniform all supplied from start day.
- Covering solely Bristol, up to 1 hour travel can be warranted.
- Temp to perm role with immediate interviews / start dates
- 13.68 per hour initially, 12 weeks temporary to permanent employment with career progression.
