Our client is a global manufacturing business based in Bristol and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of HR Manager.
The HR Manager will be based in Bristol but you will manage all HR & personnel matters across three sites in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work with highly successful and market leading global business.
The Role:
Reporting to and working closely with the directors the HR Manager's duties and responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following;
- Provide strategic and operational support to management and employees across all UK sites
- Review, maintain and develop group wide HR policies, processes, systems and contracts etc etc
- Oversee payroll and manage employee benefits e.g. pension, health care etc etc
- Lead recruitment, on boarding and training processes
- Work on projects including acquisitions & group policy initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with all company and legal requirements
- Manage small team HR Support team
Candidate:
You will be an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner preferably familiar with working with a large / multi-national organisation / company. Applicants who have worked in the manufacturing sector would be beneficial.
You will be a highly motivated, professional HR Manager / Business Partner ideally holding Chartered CIPD membership.
The HR manager will be based in Bristol however you will provide HR support for businesses based in Yorkshire and in the East Midlands so regular travel will be required.
