Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional advice to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Contribute to HR projects and policy development, helping to drive service improvements and support business priorities.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, promoting a customer-focused and solution-oriented HR approach.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of working in a generalist HR role, including hands-on casework and recruitment support.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or equivalent experience, with a willingness to work towards further qualifications if required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a flexible and agile working environment.
