HR Advisor - Bristol - Agile Working
Permanent/ Part time role - £24,760  
26 hours per week over 3/4 days (Mondays fixed) 

HR Advisor Day to Day:

  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives to improve colleague experience and engagement through delivering training related to people management and organisational development projects or initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis to inform decision making
  • Carrying out administration tasks as required within the team, such as responding to day-to-day queries, processing invoices and maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Supporting managers with colleague lifecycle processes such as induction, recruitment, family leave and flexible working.
  • To provide professional and comprehensive HR support, advice and guidance to managers and colleagues in the business.

 
HR Advisor Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a People Team and working to team objectives
  • Generalist HR experience including supporting the management of ER casework and recruitment
  • Experience of solving complex people problems
  • Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships
