Join my client as their next HR Business Partner! This is initially a 12 month FTC with genuine potential to go permanent. 

Are you a skilled HR professional passionate about education? Join my clients ethical and values-driven multi-academy trust, serving over 4,000 children across nine schools with 650+ staff. As HRBP, you'll be part of their Central Services Team, shaping their Trust and driving school improvement.

This role will offer hybrid working with an expectation to travel within the the week. Driving license and access to a car is essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with school leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and more.
  • Champion talent recognition and staff development.
  • Influence team behaviours to align with our values.
  • Use data to inform HR strategies and anticipate challenges.
  • Manage trade union relations and support recruitment processes.

About You:

  • Proven Advisory/Partnering experience in an Education setting
  • Proven HR experience and knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across Trust schools.
