We are seeking two HR Business Strategy leads (1 x permanent, 1 x18 month FTC)  to design and deliver key activities aligned with the my clients People Strategy, as well as support the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) and cyclical People activities. This role is ideal for someone with a business-focused mindset and experience in generalist HR roles within complex, matrixed organisations. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Shape and support the delivery of BAU initiatives and people strategy deliverables across a range of Centre of Excellence (CoE) specialisms.
  • Review and shape proposed strategy deliverables to ensure the colleague/business stakeholder experience is central.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to support business engagement and ensure that HR delivery meets business needs.
  • Plan BAU and cyclical activities into People Strategy workstream project timelines and delivery.
  • Work with the Change and Communications lead to ensure effective communication and engagement plans are in place to support the delivery and embedding of strategy deliverables.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable, working across multiple workstreams and identifying dependencies, risks, and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven business-focused, generalist HR experience.
  • Experience working in a HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) team is beneficial.
  • Strong project delivery experience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and understanding of how to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills are desirable.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships at all levels based on trust, respect, and delivery.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach; delivery focused.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to move between deliverables across different specialisms.
