Our client, a car dealership, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team!
The role:
路 This role will report to the HR Manager, being the point of contact for the teams on site.
路 Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues
路 Supporting the wider personnel functions including inductions and payroll
路 Developing and coaching across the group
路 Recruitment and Selection for the dealerships
路 Assisting with on-boarding, new starter and leaver processes
路 Delivering and co-ordinating induction and training programmes
路 Providing advice on general process and procedural issues
Key skills/experience:
路 Experience of working in a HR environment
路 Achieved or working towards a CIPD qualification would be preferred
路 Relationship building and communication skills
