• Salary: £35,000 £38,000 per annum DOE (Negotiable)

• Location: Bristol Office-first policy (34 days in office)

As the Logistics Account Manager, youll play a key part in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our carrier network. Working closely with the procurement and carrier teams, youll manage supplier relationships, review carrier rates, validate invoices, and ensure accurate data flows through our internal systems.

This is an ideal role for someone with a logistics, supply chain, or operations background who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and communicating with external partners.

• Managing and keeping the relationship with the carriers.

• Checking and processing carriers invoices to ensure accuracy and approval.

• Reviewing and comparing carrier rates.

• Handling internal carrier enquiries and keeping our internal systems updated.

• Ensuring company records reflect accurate delivery and logistical data.

• Supporting the carrier team with administrative tasks.

Experience

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, carrier operations, or eCommerce

• Exposure to international carriers and logistics providers

• Desirable: experience handling Dangerous Goods compliance

• Excellent Excel skills comfortable with formulas and data handling

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
