Mobile IT Support Engineer - Southwest & South Wales
Location: Mobile Role - Covering Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Southwest England & South Wales

Contract | Full-Time | Own Vehicle Required

We're seeking a flexible, driven, and customer-focused Mobile IT Support Engineer to join a growing technical support team.

In this varied role, you'll be providing hands-on IT support to multiple clients across the Southwest and South Wales region. Ideal for someone who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mobile IT support across a regional area, travelling between client sites as required.
  • Deliver a mix of software and hardware support, including troubleshooting, break-fix, and installations.
  • Act as the face of the support team, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support work and follow escalation procedures as needed.
  • Participate in an on-call rota when requested (subject to business need).

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Windows 7/10/11, Office 365.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider support team.
  • Eligible for Government and customer-specific security clearances (essential).

Desirable:

  • Hardware break-fix experience (training can be provided if needed).
  • Experience supporting users in a field-based or multi-site environment.

Contract Details:

  • 155 Per Day (Inside IR35)
  • 7 Month Contract Length
  • Travel - Onsite (Various Sites)
  • Eligible for Clearance
