- Analyse current workflows, gather and document business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues
- Support system upgrades
- Partner with operational area of the business to understand and utilise the system
- Monitor data quality and integrity across all operational systems
- Deliver systems training
- Assist with project planning
- Support the business in adopting data-driven decision-making
The successful candidate will come from a systems background, have ERP experience with excellent communication and analytical skills
