With clients ranging from five to 200 users, and the majority located within a few miles of Bristol, you’ll enjoy a diverse workload where no two days are ever quite the same.You’ll join a friendly, supportive team where training is delivered on the job, not from a manual. Starting on 1st line support, you’ll soon grow into more complex 2nd line issues – from configuring laptops and resolving connectivity faults, to diagnosing server backup issues and helping roll out new IT infrastructure. You’ll be configuring hardware, setting up user accounts, resolving email and printer issues, and assisting in client architecture decisions.
