IT Support Engineer

Your new companyHays are working with a law firm based in Bristol city centre to support with the recruitment for an IT support engineer (1st line). This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that could go permanent. The role offers hybrid working and a salary between £24,000 - £28,000pa depending on experience. Your new role & what you'll need to succeedIn the role, you'll work in the IT service desk function so support users with technical support across hardware / deskside support and software / application support. You'll support M365 applications as well as bespoke in-house applications. You'll provide hands-on support across hardware troubleshooting and escalate issues to the 2nd line team. To be considered for this role, you'll need experience working in a similar IT support role with broad exposure across Microsoft desktop and server technologies. Experience with Azure AD, Windows Server, Intune & ITIL would be beneficial. You'll need good time management skills, good communication skills and attention to detail.
