- Run a caseload of property insurance claims, including subrogated recoveries
- Manage claims through pre-action stages and, where necessary, issue proceedings
- Ensure timely, high-quality client service in line with SLAs and internal best practice
- Maintain accurate management information and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams and offices to support a seamless client experience
- Contribute to business development and team initiatives where appropriate
- Proven claims handling experience with responsibility for managing a caseload is very desirable
- Litigation experience and a sound working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but not essential
- Strong understanding of legal procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and effective organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- A collaborative, inclusive mindset and willingness to be part of a supportive team
