  • Compliance: Ensure office and client account receipts are processed accurately and promptly. Report unpaid disbursements and process inter-account transfers.
  • Supervision: Organise daily roles, manage month-end processes, provide training, and support team performance reviews.
  • Banking: Handle daily banking functions, reconcile accounts, and manage deposit accounts.
  • Cashiering: Process electronic payments, complete bank reconciliations, and manage interest calculations and disbursements.
  • Other Duties: Administer petty cash, handle queries, and maintain suspense account ledgers.

Requirements:

  • AAT qualified/studier or equivalent level
  • Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
  • Experience in legal cashiering or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
