About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering complex planning strategies, with a focus on large-scale residential-led schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and local authorities, you'll provide expert advice and lead projects through the planning system from inception to approval.
What We're Looking For
- MRTPI qualified with substantial experience in the planning sector.
- Proven track record delivering residential planning projects (ideally strategic land).
- Strong leadership and client management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
- Confident communicator, commercially minded, and proactive in your approach.
