About the Role

  • MRTPI qualified with substantial experience in the planning sector.
  • Proven track record delivering residential planning projects (ideally strategic land).
  • Strong leadership and client management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
  • Confident communicator, commercially minded, and proactive in your approach.
