An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Town Planner to join an established planning, environmental and design consultancy as part of their friendly team in Bristol. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of large scale residential, commercial, energy and retail sectors.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable planning experience
- Chartered status with the RTPI or will be working towards this
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Previous experience in the coordination of EIA's
- A proven ability to write professional reports
Within the role the successful Senior Planner will be:
- Coordinating planning applications for a range of large scale client projects
- Managing projects and sub-consultants
- Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders
- Liaising with clients
