Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career with one of the UK's leading consultancies? I'm working with a nationally recognised planning and infrastructure firm that's seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their established Bristol office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across the infrastructure, energy, residential, and commercial sectors. The team is known for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to complex planning challenges - and they're growing.

The Role:

As a Senior Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in managing planning applications, providing strategic advice to clients, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. You'll work on projects from conception through to consent, liaising with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of schemes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing and preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

  • Advising clients on planning policy and strategy

  • Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to business development

  • Working collaboratively with other professionals across planning, design, and engineering

About You:
  • RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline

  • Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards)

  • Proven experience within a consultancy or local authority setting

  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation

  • Strong report writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
