The Role:
As a key member of the planning team, you'll play a central role in delivering expert planning advice across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll be collaborating with colleagues across the business and liaising directly with clients, so strong communication skills and commercial awareness are essential.
What They're Looking For:
MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
2+ years' experience in a planning role - consultancy or local authority backgrounds welcome
Strong understanding of the UK planning system
Excellent report writing, presentation, and client-facing skills
Ambition and enthusiasm to develop professionally within a supportive team
