Qualifications & Experience:
路MRTPI qualified or actively working towards Chartership.
路Previous experience in a private consultancy or local authority planning role.
路Strong understanding of UK planning policy and development processes.
路Interest in residential development and strategic land planning.
路Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role Overview:
Within this role, you will support and deliver a range of planning projects, including:
路Preparing and managing planning applications for residential schemes.
路Assisting with strategic land assessments and site promotion.
路Conducting research, policy reviews, and site appraisals.
路Drafting planning statements, appeals, and supporting documentation.
路Engaging with clients, local authorities, and wider project teams.
路Supporting senior colleagues on larger or more complex projects.
