Site-Based Cleaning Manager - Bristol, BS2 Area
Pay Rate - 14.74 Per Hour
Working Hours: 9.30am - 17.30pm (40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site-Based Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at our multi storey office building. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log jobs on internal system training will be provided
  • Answer jobs that have been logged
  • Deal with any reactive jobs throughout the day
  • Some cleaning may be required
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the wider team
  • Handover to evening supervisor with any outstanding tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning checklists, incidents, and inspections.
  • Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and periodic tasks.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a managerial cleaning role.
  • Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and cleaning best practices.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
