Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – BRISTOL 

This firm is ranked in the Legal 500, with offices across the Southwest with its dispute resolution team assisting businesses and individuals in a variety of cases. 

The firm is actively seeking either a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join the disputes team to focus on contentious probate and trusts. 

What will you need?

  • At least 2 PQE in litigation 
  • Contentious probate/trusts experience is ideal, but not essential.
  • If you have a general dispute resolution background and wish to specialise in contentious probate, you are encouraged to apply!
