Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Corporate Managing Associate with a focus on Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cross-border transactions across all asset classes within the ENRI spectrum. What you'll do:

As a Corporate Managing Associate, your role will be crucial to:

  • Lead M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings within the ENRI sector
  • Act for or opposite infrastructure funds and/or corporates
  • Maintain strong client relationship skills with ENRI sector companies
  • Work on a broad mix of asset classes with a proactive approach to drive deals forward
  • Contribute to the development of junior lawyers through training and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrate excellent drafting skills and attention to detail

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Managing Associate role will bring a

  • Minimum 5+ years post qualified experience gained within an international or national firm
  • Strong private M&A experience in a broad range of ENRI asset classes
  • Proven track record of leading deals and coordinating a wider team of specialists

  • Excellent drafting skills and ability to focus on detail
  • Strong academic record along with excellent communication skills
