What you'll do:
As a Corporate Solicitor, your daily responsibilities will be to:
- Manage high-value client cases
- Supervise corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications
- Gain exposure to clients through direct interaction
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Handle mergers & acquisitions
- Deal with strategic corporate projects
- Work on equity capital markets
What you bring:

- A minimum of 3 years PQE
- Exceptional face-to-face and documentary negotiation skills
- Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and skills
