Employment Solicitor – Bristol 

My client is a top tier Legal 100 law firm that is hiring in its employment department for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE. This team is ranked in legal directories who act for a broad range of employers across the private and public sectors.

The role

  • Work across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Advise clients in sectors such as health, local government, housing, higher education and financial services
  • Manage your own caseload and assist on larger, complex cases with colleagues

What experience is needed

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE 
  • Strong Employment law knowledge, including advisory and Employment Tribunal experience
  • Ability to advise on policies, TUPE, senior exits, restructures and due diligence
  • Excellent client skills and a commercial, collaborative approach
